Shopping List Saturday Late!




We all need more time and these etsy sellers have used this as a theme in their creations.


1.Nouveau Motley uses antique pieces which she recycles.

2. Tabitha Macbethis a freelance illustrator and I loved this beautiful drawing of a rabbit jumping over a dandelion clock.

3.This pendant, like an old pocket watch, you will find in Earth Tones Online
4.I was intrigued by the work of Sara Koncilja, her shop The Invisible Child has a series of drawings of every day objects combined with string.

Shopping List Saturday ( Sunday )

Today I'm sharing these colourful art works that I have found on etsy.

1.Mimi has amazing creative textile work where she works with paint and stitch on canvas.
Her shop Mimiloveforever is full of vibrant and fun art works.
2.I found this beautiful picture book quilt in Winternightwhimsy.
3.StegArt's shop is full of paintings and also beautiful quilt work.
4.This quilt by okquilts interested me as it's made from old wool blankets.

Shopping List Saturday Late!


So sorry that I missed my yesterday 's post.


I am fascinated by artist's who use text in their work and here are some examples I have found from talented etsy sellers.
1. The work of Mariann Johansen-Ellis is available in her etsy shop oneline.
It's full of detailed drawings on book pages and other interesting works.
2.photorelativity art is a combination of text, fabric, wood and photography.
I liked how she has mixed the text and musical notes in this work Acoustics.
3.cloveandair is gabrielle's shop and she has worked on stretched canvas for this piece our resistance is quiet but lyrical.
4.I loved this journal pillow by girlgonethreadwild.
Quote reads "Think" and there are only two ways to live your life.. one is as though nothing is a MIRACLE. The other is as if EVERYTHING is.
In May 10% of all her sales will go to fight against breast cancer.

Shopping List Saturday ( Sunday )


I can't believe how quickly this week has flown and this gave me my theme for Shopping List Saturday... Birds!
Here are some artist's who have been inspired by our feathered friends.
1.karendavis has many magical art works and The Smallest Tutle Dove is one of them.
2.I love swallows and these pretty necklaces are made by rafya
3.LoucheLab's shop has these beautifully illustrated coffee mugs .
4 There are so many buttons to choose from in buttonrobin's shop, but I think these ceramic swallow buttons are my favorite.

Hello,
Sorry this is late, my only excuse is I nearly nodded off on the sofa and then I remembered I hadn't sorted out the school uniforms.
The theme this week is the 1920's and I found these wonderful art works on etsy.
1.Seafaring Heart is a print of an original painting by Sarah Blank
2.Misty is a print by Matouenpeluche
3.Octavine illustration has this work, The Belle Vie is an original illustration hand silk screen printed.
4.La Mode Nouvelle is a limited edition print by Amy Abshier-Reyes

Shopping List Saturday


Lots of wonderful colours in shopping list Saturday today.
Etsy has the most amazing range of arts and crafts and these colourful creations are no exception.

  1. Steph at Rivulette has the most wonderful selection of colourful hand spun yarns and also some very pretty hand made glass beads.
  2. Lorrie a mixed media artist has a shop called CT Studios where you can find some beautiful mosaic work.
  3. Kathy panton illustration has a shop full of amazingly colourful art works. I loved this butterfly.
  4. Another shop with lots of colour is Leela Ford who painted this abstract.

Today's Shopping list Saturday I am featuring these beautiful art works from etsy sellers.
  1. Do visit Sylvie Van Hulle who has a great selection of paintings based on walks along the river De Leie and her travels to Morocco and Spain.You will find her work in her shop Sylf's Shop
  2. This atmospheric painting by Kim Onyskiw Bluebell Morning.
  3. Livefunky who I recently discovered through flickr has a distinctive colour pallet and a varied collection of inspiring art works.
  4. Nicole Whittaker is new to etsy and I loved the colours in her painting. She has more beautiful art works in her shop.

  2. I love the combination of stitch and silkscreen images on muslin from theantibride
  3. The rest series is a collection of work by sweetmess and this original painting reminds us how we should take a quiet peaceful moment to ourselves and I'm all for that!
  4. leililaloo has this great hand printed fabric with these fun party chairs.

Shopping List Saturday ( Sunday )

A winter feel to shopping list Saturday this week, as the cold winds arrive.
I think next week it will have to be winter woolies!
Charlotte at Fancypicnic also has a winter theme, I had already done my mosaic and found Charlotte had also had the same idea.

2. Her whispers are wind.Her sighs, the snow by eekdesigns is a beautiful original print and the title is perfect.

Shopping List Saturday ( Sunday )


Hi,
I have had one of those mad weekends, trying to fit in house work, bonfire parties and shopping the boring kind etc...
So for exciting shopping I can share with you these lovely items from etsy sellers.
It's a pink with a hint of turquoise this week as a theme, following on from my little pink tree.
1.Joycelo from Dublin makes these beautiful aqua glass beads.
2.I love Charlotte's unique textile jewellery and this collar is stunning, you can find more in her shop Fancypicnic and check out her blog too.
3.Daphne Had a Penchant for Pink, Her Pekinese, and Men in Uniform original painting by
vivstrauss would make me happy especially a man in uniform!
4.Leahsutton has these wonderful hand knitted fluffy bracelets in her etsy shop.
I hope to update my shop this week and to share a few more pictures with you.

Shopping List Saturday ( Sunday )


Oops! sorry late again, sorry Charlotte at Fancypicnic who organizes shopping list Saturday.
Well it had to be black this week for Halloween, inspired by witches,black cats and dark nights.
1.cathycullis has beautiful embroidered items in her shop and I love this little face appearing from the darkness on her hand made felt purse.
2.This wonderful Gothic style purse is made by urbanheirlooms using an antique key.
3.A black wolf features on this intricate necklace made by adorapop , it's an illustration of the story of Peter And The Wolf.
4.lottiefrank has this delightful original print and many more in her etsy shop.
So the half term week comes to an end, how quick was that!

Shopping List Saturday ( Sunday )


Hi,

Sorry this is a bit late.
I had a great time in Birmingham visiting vintage shops and the flea market at the custard factory.
A good selection of vintage clothes and some hand made items.
The flea market is open Saturday and Sunday.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful, well worth a visit.


Turqouise is one of my favourite colours and here are some wonderful etsy sellers who have used this colour in their work.

Shopping List Saturday




Hi,



Charlotte at Fancypicnic has started a Shopping list Saturday .



This is a great way to share wonderful hand made goods on Etsy.



So here is a few that I have found.






From top left to right is Ravenhill who makes the most beautiful dolls, such lovely fabrics.


Then Contemporarystitche's which has the most exquisite, fine embroidery.


Followed by Beaky who can make this Molly hat in any colour and then Hensteeth who I purchased from this week a wonderful needlecase.
