Painting Trees

Sold

I thought you may be interested in some of my tree paintings.
You can view my paintings on flickr, but not everyone uses flickr and some blog friends may not have seen them.
It helps to look back at past work to see how you develope your ideas.
I do so want my embroidery to come 'alive'
Hope the start of your week has been a good one.

your work is consistently gorgeous. I really like to see your paintings as well as stitched works. I find trees almost impossible so am in awe:)

Love the trees! My favourite - if I'm allowed - is the last one with the close up of the tree trunks. Gorgeous colours. I would like to keep in touch too Michala. All the best. Annabel R

Your tree paintings are lovely, very decorative. They remind me of Gustav Klimpt.

Your paintings are amazing! I love the composition, the use of color and lines. I love it when the painting process doesn't overcast the drawing itself. You are such a great artist!!

love the paintings, I am going to put a similar thing on my blog tomorrow, light permitting for photos that is! Early design work, very brave of me, I will be hiding behind the sofa again!
