The last couple of days I have been a taxi service for my daughter.
We celebrated her fourteenth birthday yesterday and I'm still wondering where those years have gone?
I have managed to do some stitch work on my landscape, so here it is.
These were the fields I walked through in April , you may have seen my sketches.
Has something happened to blogger?
It's not showing my flickr link and other links, I know some other blogs are the same.
I'm always worried I have done something wrong!

Beautiful! Do you submit your work to publishers? I'm thinking your embroidered paintings would make great illustrations.
Hi! I see your work everyday on Flickr' and am blown away, this piece is one of my all time faves..the color mood takes one through a range of emotions..i love when I can "see" the artist in the piece. A brief note on blogger..I have several e-mails stating problems and my blogs are experiencing function problems when I try to use my share button..Miki
This piece has such a sense of perspective especially when the image is cropped, it is really remarkable how distant the hills in the background look.
Happy birthday to your daughter, I think many mums will identify with being taxi driver. It is even more worrying when they drive themselves!
This piece is terrific. I too love the perspective and wish I could learn to do this...you are a good teacher who inspires with her sharing of work done.
Not sure about Blogger as I do not have Flicker on mine. Everything else seems to be working okay TODAY. One never knows...
Beautiful - so original!
Wonderful! Fantastic color.

As usual I love your landscapes - I would love you to tell us how you do them - there seems to be such a lot of stitching in them. They are beautiful kayla coo.
I wish I had your skill with the sewing machine - I can do striaight lines and gentle curves and that's about it!
So beautiful, wonderful colours just as the english countryside is in spring.
This is so pretty. From the work I've seen, I think this may be my fave :)
Very beautiful landscape, I do remember the sketches and photos from earlier. I love your work!

Each new piece becomes my fave. Your work is so beautiful.
I really like the yellow in this one...truly lovely!
This is absolutely stunning! You do amazing art work. Niki xxx
The landscape looks magical.
I can see your flickr link (in Firefox on Apple Mac), maybe the problem was temporary.
Stunning contrasts Kayla, I wish I had walked through there in the Spring, it must have looked amazing.
blogger glitches at times, I don't know why. This is truly a work of art! You must take hours making these beautifully detailed machine pieces, hats off to you. I can't bear to be at the machine for longer than five minutes.
I love this piece - it has such depth and the colours are cheery - unlike the sky here at the moment. Happy Birthday to your daughter x
Hello from Michigan. Your yellow fields of flowers are very lovely. Your work is always so inspiring. Happy Belated birthday to your daughter. Hugs Judy
This is so beautiful - you are a true artist. As for the computer - when you publish a new post it usually comes up on my sidebar, but didn't this time. I don't think it is anything you have done, though I always blame myself. I think the system does things without our knowledge or permission at times and we just have to find our way around the unauthorised alterations.
