Embroidery Art

Firstly I want to say thank you to afiori and her pet shell!
Also endy , lorie and sylvie for tagging me.
I need to list six random things about myself ,which I will try and think of.
1. I played the part of the star in the school nativity,I had to stand on a chair with my arms out stretched wearing a white tutu.
2. I also played the part of the Good Witch Glenda in The Wizard Of Oz while at senior school.
3.I am embarrassingly bad at mental arithmetic.
4.I have a fear of getting lost.
5.When I was about eight I used to have a comic called Bunty and I loved the cut out doll and clothes on the back. I had a scrap book which I used like a wardrobe to keep all the different outfits together.
6.My friends laugh at me when we go out and I ask for a port and lemon.
I promise to pass this on, or if any one wants to join in let me know.
Today we have been crunched by the credit crunch, my husband has just found out his job is no more.
This week alone I have heard of at least four, friends of friends who also have been affected.

I'm deeply sorry for your husband job situation. I've been so scared about the economy...we are taking so radical measure to keep afloat.
I'll pray for you.

I hope you and your family will find reasons to smile inspite of the difficult situations we get dragged into no matter what we do.

Sorry to about your husband, it is indeed scary times.

One of my husband's colleagues was 'walked' out of the plant today and that was shocker because only Tuesday they were told there would be no layoff in the fab where he works. However, its seems his group is part of development and that wasn't immune to the downturn. Never understand why companies downsize in development groups, you would think they would be busy investing in new development in times like these.
Hopefully things will start to pull around later in the year and that your husband wont be too long without a job.
I use to love Bunty as well and the 4 Marys.
