We had a lovely walk yesterday and we came across these snowdrops.
This gives me the opportunity to share this picture with you from my sketch book of a woodland scene.
I also finished my orange tree picture, I have backed it with fabric and added the vintage ribbon.
Such a beautiful shade of blue.
Of course it could still be framed if you wished.
I hope to add it to etsy to see if there is any interest, if not I will have it for a summer art exhibition.
Lets hope we have some more spring sunshine to lift our spirits.

I do love sketch books. Some of my favourite embroiders (e.g. Jan Beaney and Jean Littlejohn) have sketch books which are works of art in themselves. Lovely stuff.
Your painting in the sketchbook is beautiful with such glorious colours.
Wonderful painting in your sketchbook. Such rich colours.
Beautiful! I love all the colors in your painting.
I love your orange tree and painting they look wonderful, hope your weeks going well xx
The sun has been out with us also today and yesterday.
The snow drops are so pretty and remind me of a place close by where they grow hundreds I must go back this year whilst they're still blooming. The picture from your sketch book is amazing and a wonderful study and your embroidery is just beauitful
Hope you get more sunshine to inspire you ~ Judy
