What another post!I have just finished my painting.I tried to capture the changeable weather, dark storm clouds on the horizon. We only just made it home that day when the heavens opened. This painting may well become another stitched art work.

Wonderful ~ I look forward to seeing it in stitches.
I hope you have a lovely holiday, weather can't be any worse than here!
I don't think I will be going to the knitting and stitching show, as I will have spent out at the F O Q.
Have a lovely time and look forward to hearing all about it when you get back.

Thank you, it's lovely to have your comments.
We are off to Nice in France.
So I hope to do some painting while we are away.

Lovely painting... looks a bit like a tapestry, with your brushstrokes.

I have enjoyed my first visit to your blog, I like the way you paint with stitches. We made peg people when we were little, I don't suppose children have wooden pegs or, or wooden cotton reels today. Unlike you, I did not have access to fabulous Jaeger fabrics! Hope the sun shines in France.
