It's turned icy cold here this week, but thankfully with clear blue skies and sunshine.
We have not experienced the heavy snow that the North has.
Here is my own Winter Landscape.
Please forgive my limited time on the computer as I have a huge amount of stitching to do this weekend, in fact a whole blanket of stitching!!
Thanks so much for visiting my blog and for anyone who pops by or follows, have a lovely weekend.

Gorgeousness. We have frost but no snow. I usually love snow but I think I have changed my mind after last year.

Widać zima nie musi być smutna.
Oooh, my favourite kind of weather!
You've captured it beautifully!

The brooch is beautiful, it reflects very much the scene outside my window (well if i turn my neck to the left)Norwich too has seen a good 3 inches of snow and it is still falling.Hope you got all your sewing completed. Deborah

A beautiful stitching! Very similar to the view outside my window at the moment.
I like the stark simplicity of this one--a definite chill in the air.
Oh my, I wish our winter wonderland looked like your beautiful brooch!! Alas, we are knee deep in the stuff and it's quickly losing its novelty value here!
Your post has been inspiring and its always lovely to see you newest work.
Sending love

Really love your work, it is the beginning of Summer here in Australia and I am still wearing my winter clothes. Not as cold as you guys though.
I love that landscape! It really caught my eye!
That's so beautiful. x

I am a new viewer of your blog--such wonderful workmanship and lovely brooches. The first craft I learned at my Grand'mere's knee was embroidery; now I am the Grand'mere--life changes overnight. Thank you for the beautiful pictures Julierose
