The World Is Full Of Stitches

With the weather so, well rubbish actually, I have been stitching away.
Another landscape to add to my collection.
I must say thank you to a few other stitchers,

cathy cullis for including me in some of her wonderful mosaics.

Kirsty from Me plus Molly who very kindly donated feathers, beads and other lovely things to the school I work at.

Carolyn from Love Stitching Red who tagged me, for six summer sillies, Carolyn, I can't think of anything except embarrassing my children by dancing!!
I hope the sun is shining soon, it would be nice to do a bit of outside painting.
Have a good week.x

It is good to see the piece actually under the Bernina (my favourite of all machines I have ever owned). Tell me - how much does your piece of work get distorted during its creation - and do you stretch it afterwards to get it into shape.

Hi weaver,
The work will distort slightly but I work my landscape into it so it becomes part of the piece.
I like irregular shapes.
I love my Bernina too it took me years to get it!

well, this piece is truly beautiful and I want to know, as I have the exact same machine, why can't I do that?

Wow Kayla, just popped over from The Weaver, and I am in awe! While I'm passing through, would you be interested in a collaboration with some poets and a sculptor? I'll be back!
