More Creative Mess

Tree Brooche sold

I think I may need to sort this out today!

When I am in my creative world I cause havoc around me!
If you love threads as much as I do you will love this picture or you may despair at my unorganized mess.
I am sure if I kept going you would find me buried under the pile of silk tops, wool, threads and more threads, not to mention paints, pastels and books!
The trouble is do I have time to tidy when I am in full flow ? ... no, yet now I must pause so I don't waste time finding that exact colour of thread I need, although I quite enjoy that.
I am in such disarray that I still need to do my Shopping List Saturday , I hope to bring you that later but I really must sort myself out.

I should feel shame but your photo makes me want to post my mess of creativity around my sewing machine and design table. There is so much fabric there right now I have no where to work! Funny.
but something is being created in all that mess.
Your broaches are pretty.

Creative Genius that's what that mess is all about. Just do a blitz from time to time, that's what I do, just before I mess it all up again.

As that is the same machine as I use I thought this was a picture of my room..which is exactly the same at the moment. I have a mammoth tidy up at the end of evry 'thrash' and a mini one between colours!

So strange this looks just like my table! Same machine, scissors and threads everywhere. It was kind of spooky in a nice way :D Really really love your brooches!

I'm the same way. Keeping that creative energy going is just way to important to stop and tidy up... that can always be done later.

I love your messy picture because it looks so much like the mess I work in! The second brooch is especially lovely!

You are certainly not on your own when it comes to creative mess. You end up working in a 2" square on your desk!

Howdy.... isn't it amazing how much mess one person can make. I sometimes get up and look back at where I'm working and all I can see is the void where I sat amidest mayhem!!!

Mr Pic and Blos (to be) just looks and raises the one eyebrow tehe.
