I'm still here amongst my piles of threads, busy stitching my dreams and memories.
Here is a sketch that I'm working on at the moment and this is leading to many other ideas in my sketch book.
I have the half term break this week so it's a good opportunity for me to catch up with my blog reading and to really focus on my work.
There is always so much to do!

This looks like a walk in a wildwood - very dramatic and mysterious!

Wonderful sketch. Happy sewing.
What a beautiful drawing: I would love to walk down that lane ;-)
I love the colours in this picture Michala and how it leads lead right into the middle of the scene.
Lovely colours and stitching but I would not want to walk in that forest, it has an eerie feel to it to me.
Looks great! I'm on break this week too, can't wait to work on a few new projects. Enjoy your time off I know I will.

Hi Kayla,
I've just discovered you and so glad that I did! Beautiful stitchwork, I love your designs and especially the colours in this sketch.
Carrie... :)
Hope you get lots done in half term but take some time to relax and smell the hyancinths. x
Gorgeous colours Michala.....can't wait for spring
This will make a stunning piece and I love the colours. It makes me think of ancient tracks and drovers roads on the edge of woods.
I love this - as I do all your work! This looks so mysterious - I'm thinking of The Wind in The Willows and the Wildwood.
Can't wait to see the final work!
it's so long since I visited!! sorry!! like you say, where does the time go?? Hope things are going well with your exhibition plans!!
I like the mystery of this piece, the colours too. Glad you are finding time to keep busy, here is the opposite and a very active 3 year old is keeping me away from my work!! Ah well...always lovely to see what everyone else has been up to for inspiration!
Much love
